Product Description
Weidmüller 1020400000 WDU Series Feed Through Terminal Block is engineered for industrial and electrical applications requiring robust and safe connections. This terminal block accommodates wire sizes from 14 AWG to 6 AWG with a conductor cross-sectional area of 16mm², supporting currents up to 76A and voltages up to 690V.
Constructed from hardened steel and tinned-copper components, this feed-through terminal block provides excellent conductivity, high impact resistance, and corrosion durability. The brown Wemid housing material withstands elevated temperatures up to 120°C and is flame-resistant, meeting UL94V-0 standards and free from cadmium and halogens.
Designed specifically for high-risk environments, it is certified for ATEX hazardous area operation, ensuring safety in explosive atmospheres such as refineries, mines, offshore rigs, food processing plants, and other industrial sectors.
Installation is straightforward by snapping securely onto a 35mm symmetrical 'Top Hat' DIN rail via rear clips. The terminal block’s right side is open, facilitating easy wiring access. For installations at rail ends, a compatible cover plate is recommended.
