BL983320-2 Conductivity Mini Controller delivers precise EC measurement for process control applications in the 0.0–199.9 µS/cm range.
Engineered for seamless automation, the controller supports both manual and automatic dosing modes. In automatic mode, the integrated dry contact relay activates when the measured conductivity exceeds the user-defined setpoint, enabling direct control of dosing pumps, solenoid valves, or other process equipment. The adjustable overdose timer further enhances process safety by preventing excessive dosing. With a 4–20 mA output signal, the BL983320-2 can be easily integrated into SCADA or PLC systems, making it suitable for advanced process control and centralized monitoring.
Designed for accuracy and reliability, the controller offers a resolution of 0.1 µS/cm and an accuracy of ±2% full scale, ensuring dependable readings for critical applications. Automatic temperature compensation from 5 to 50°C (β = 2%/°C) maintains measurement stability under varying thermal conditions, while manual calibration via a CAL trimmer allows fine adjustments to match specific process requirements.
The BL983320-2 features a large LCD display with a protective cover for clear visibility and durability, along with a multicolor LED indicator that provides instant visual feedback on system status.
