Product Description

The BL983327-1 Conductivity Mini Controller is a panel-mounted process controller engineered for direct measurement and regulation of conductivity in industrial, laboratory, and water treatment applications. Featuring a compact design, it provides reliable, high-precision monitoring in process streams, with a wide measuring range of 0.00 to 10.00 mS/cm and a fine resolution of 0.01 mS/cm.

This controller is equipped with a large LCD display covered for enhanced readability and protection. Users can select between automatic and manual dosing control: in automatic mode, the relay activates when a measurement exceeds the programmable setpoint—enabling effective tank bleeding, freshwater addition, or other dosing strategies. The system's relay is dry contact (2A max, 250 VAC/30 VDC), suitable for integrating solenoid valves or external process devices. Overdosing control and dosing setpoints are both adjustable, greatly supporting customized operations for water quality, boiler systems, cooling towers, laboratories, and more.

Manual trimmer EC calibration allows routine calibration checks and verifications.
Automatic temperature compensation from 5°C to 50°C with β = 2%/°C ensures correct readings under fluctuating process conditions.
