BL983322-0 Conductivity Controller provides accurate and reliable electrolytic conductivity (EC) measurement for process streams in laboratory and industrial environments. Designed for panel mounting, this controller measures EC in the 0.00 to 19.99 µS/cm range and is suitable for monitoring DI water quality, laboratory distillation, or automated chemical dosing operations.
The controller features a large LCD display with protective cover for convenient parameter reading and system diagnostics. The multicolor LED indicator signifies operational status at a glance. Automatic or manual dosing is supported—automatic mode engages a relay output when conductivity exceeds the programmable set point, enabling valve or solenoid activation to maintain desired EC levels. An adjustable over-dosing timer adds extra operational safety.
This controller is ideal for industrial, laboratory, water treatment, and DI system quality monitoring requirements. Typical applications include controlling water quality in distillation apparatuses, process lines, and switching between DI water tanks for optimal EC levels.
