The TNRR-A10 is a No Rotor Rheometer where the rubber sample is enclosed in a mold cavity, maintained at the test temperature. The mold cavity comes in two parts, with the lower part (swing oscillations) determining strain as the reaction torque of the mold cavity (force). The PID-controlled microprocessor technology controls and detects changes in temperature. The LCD screen displays the real vulcanization curve and temperature curve, adjusts the test data, and stores test results.
Applications:
The No Rotor Rheometer is used to test vulcanization characteristics of rubber material across the rubber industry for quality control and research.
