Amphenol Communications Solutions FCE17 model offers a 9 Way filtered D-Sub Connector with female contacts that mount on panels using a straight orientation and 2.74 mm pitch. The connector features a robust steel housing and phosphor bronze contacts plated with gold over nickel, offering low contact resistance and high durability. It supports electrical ratings of 5A current and 300V voltage, with solder bucket terminations accommodating wires up to 20 AWG.
This filtered D-Sub Connector series incorporates internal capacitors between each contact and the connector ground shell to provide superior EMI control by minimizing lead inductances and shortening ground paths, typically outperforming discrete PCB-mounted filters by up to three times.
