STMicroelectronics STGIF5CH60TS-L is a microcontroller from the SLLIMM™ 2nd Intelligent Power Modules series, designed for improving efficiency in motor drive applications operating up to 20 kHz. This 26-pin SDIP2F through-hole mount microcontroller supports a maximum supply voltage of 20V and can dissipate up to 30W power, making it robust and highly efficient for industrial use.
The module is optimized for low conduction and switching energy combined with excellent EMI behavior, which enhances overall system performance and reliability in applications such as industrial motor controllers, HVAC systems, and manufacturing automation.
