MEAN WELL NPF-60-48 is a 5 output LED Driver designed to deliver constant voltage of 48 volts with a maximum output power of 60 watts and a driver current of 1.25 amperes. The driver is enclosed in a robust plastic housing with an IP67 rating, making it fully waterproof and dustproof for use in harsh industrial and commercial environments where resistance to moisture and dust is essential.
This LED driver supports a universal AC input voltage range from 90 to 305 volts AC and is equipped with an active Power Factor Correction (PFC) circuit to improve overall power efficiency and reduce harmonic distortion. With a high efficiency up to 90 percent and a low no-load power consumption below 0.15 watts, it ensures minimal energy wastage.
The NPF-60 series utilizes constant voltage output operation, suitable for LED lighting systems requiring stable voltage levels. Comprehensive protections against short circuit, over current, over voltage, and over temperature safeguard the device and connected LEDs from malfunction or damage. Cooling is achieved via free air convection without any mechanical fans, improving reliability and reducing maintenance.
The enclosure is made of 94V-0 flame retardant plastic and is fully potted with silicone to enhance heat dissipation and withstand vibrations up to 5G. The Class II power unit design features double insulation and a weather-resistant cable, allowing safe and flexible installation in dry, damp, or wet locations.
This LED driver complies with international safety and performance standards including UL8750, CSA C22.2 No.250.13-12, ENEC EN61347-1, EN61347-2-13, EN62384, and the IP67 environmental rating based on EN60335-1 guidance.
