Product Description

MEAN WELL GSM90B48-P1M AC/DC Adapter is a 90W ErP single output switch mode desktop power supply designed specifically for medical applications. It supports a wide AC input voltage range of 100 to 264V and delivers a regulated 48V DC output at a maximum current of 1.87 A.

This power supply achieves high energy efficiency of up to 91% and complies with Level V energy saving regulations including ErP step 2 and EISA 2007. Its low leakage current below 100 microamperes makes it ideal for patient-contact medical equipment, portable medical devices, and home healthcare systems where safety is critical.

The GSM90B series features a built-in active power factor corrector to reduce harmonic distortion and improve power quality. It offers multiple protections including overload, over voltage, and over temperature shutdown to enhance reliability and safety.

The power supply has a 2-pin IEC 320-C8 input connector with a durable 1200 mm cable and a compact, fully enclosed plastic casing measuring 145 mm in length, 60 mm in width, and 32 mm in depth. This Class II unit operates over a wide temperature range from -30°C to +60°C and does not require an earth ground pin.
