nVent SCHROFF 16230-003 Novastar Series 12 U-Rack Server Cabinet is a floor standing server rack enclosure crafted from durable steel with a die-cast aluminium frame. It measures 600 mm in depth, 553 mm in width, and 589 mm in height, making it suitable for securely housing standard 19 inch racks and servers in industrial, data center, and networking environments.
The slimline design focuses on mobility and space efficiency, featuring quick release side panels that provide easy access to installed equipment. The cabinet can be fitted with an optional door (not supplied) which opens to 180 degrees, allowing both unhindered access and enhanced security.
This IP20 rated cabinet protects against ingress of solid objects exceeding 12.5 mm, suitable for many industrial and commercial applications where dust protection is required but liquid ingress is not expected. The unit supports static loads up to 200 kg across rack units from 9U to 25U, providing robust support for networking, server, and communication hardware.
Constructed with a combination of steel and lightweight aluminium frame extrusions. Designed with 19 inch cutouts on all uprights for standard rack equipment installation. Flush cladding and recessed side panels minimize overall footprint to 553 mm width.
