Isocom IS314W DC Input 2-Channel Optocoupler is designed for high-performance electronic isolation in industrial and power electronics applications. Featuring a surface mount 6-pin SO package, this device uses an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to an integrated IC with a power output stage, enabling effective driving of power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in inverter circuits and power supply systems.
