RS PRO 136-8536 Heavy Duty Spray Adhesive is a brown spray adhesive formulated for general-purpose bonding tasks. Suitable for industrial, mechanical, and commercial applications, it allows bonding of materials such as acoustic foam to walls, props construction, and carpet installation.

The spray adhesive provides long-lasting adhesion for durability in projects, featuring a long open time that facilitates accurate positioning of bonded items. It dries rapidly, increasing productivity, and yields high bond strength without developing brittleness with age.

For effective use, the can must be shaken thoroughly before spraying on a clean, dry surface. Allow 2 to 3 minutes for the adhesive to partially dry before pressing surfaces firmly together, working outward from the centre. Applying adhesive to one surface yields a low strength bond, while both surfaces coated produce a stronger bond. It is not suitable for plasticized PVC materials.

The adhesive has a maximum operating temperature of 40°C, making it ideal for low-heat environments. It should not be used near heat sources, open flames, or oxidising agents due to its high flammability. Safe storage in a cool, ventilated space is recommended to preserve product integrity.
