The Hi-Force HLS302 Portable Low Height Hydraulic Cylinder is a premium quality single acting hydraulic cylinder engineered to meet the demands of industrial, construction, and mechanical fluid power applications where space constraints require minimal collapsed height. Manufactured in the United Kingdom from high strength alloy steel, it delivers a lifting capacity of 32 tonnes with a 60 mm stroke length.
This model offers a compact profile with a closed height of 119 mm and extended height of 179 mm, making it well-suited for lifting, levelling, pushing, or other precision positioning tasks where vertical clearance is limited.
Piston rods are chrome plated to resist corrosion, and the use of pressure-activated anti-extrusion seals combined with non-metallic bearings on the piston rod and stop ring provide excellent wear resistance, low friction, and high side load bearing capacity. Heavy duty return springs ensure smooth piston retraction, while steel stop rings increase durability and side load resistance to safely restrain the piston at full extension.
All hydraulic port connections are standard 3/8 inch NPT and each cylinder is fitted with a high flow, quick release female half coupler, simplifying system integration and connection.
