Product Description

Murata CMWX1ZZABZ-093 LoRa Module is a new, compact, and cost-effective low power wide area network (LPWAN) module designed for long range wireless communication utilizing the LoRaWAN protocol. Its small footprint of 12.5 x 11.6 x 1.76 mm in a metal shielded package makes it ideal for embedded applications requiring secure, robust connectivity.

This module incorporates a Semtech SX1276 long range spread spectrum transceiver and an STMicro STM32L0 series ARM Cortex-M0+ 32-bit microcontroller with 192 kB flash memory and 20 kB RAM. It supports integration of customer applications and modulation stacks within its onboard MCU.

The device offers a maximum RF output power of 10 dBm with an option for a power amplifier boost to +20 dBm, suitable for applications requiring enhanced signal penetration in challenging environments or indoors.

Its versatile peripheral interface options include SPI, UART, GPIO, ADC, and I2C buses, providing flexibility to interface with various sensors and external components. The module operates reliably on supply voltages ranging from 2.2 V to 3.6 V.
