Product Description

STMicroelectronics ST25DV04KC-IE6S3 is a dynamic RFID and NFC transceiver integrated circuit designed for advanced contactless communication. This device operates at an operating frequency of 13.56 MHz and supports both ASK and FSK modulation techniques for robust data transmission.

The chip features an 8-pin SO package with compact dimensions of 4.9mm in length, 3.9mm in width, and 1.75mm in height, making it ideal for surface mount applications in constrained spaces.

It is equipped with electrically erasable programmable memory supporting up to 4 Kbit and provides dual interface capabilities including an I2C serial link with up to 1 MHz protocol speed and a contactless RF link following ISO/IEC 15693 standards and NFC Forum Type 5 specifications.

The device supports multiple byte write programming, configurable I2C slave addresses, and features an internal tuning capacitance of 28.5 pF. It offers temperature operation from -40°C up to 85°C, making it suitable for industrial and commercial environments.

Applications include RFID tags, NFC communication modules, and contactless identification systems used extensively in industrial automation, access control, and inventory management.
