STMicroelectronics B-L462E-CELL1 is a Communication & Wireless Development Kit designed for IoT node multi-channel communication applications. It combines the STM32L4 series STM32L462REY6TR microcontroller, based on the Arm Cortex-M4 core, with an ultra-small LTE Cat M/NB modem, enabling efficient low-power cellular connectivity.

This development kit includes the LBAD0ZZ1SE module featuring the embedded ST4SIM-200M GSMA-certified embedded SIM, offering prepaid cellular connectivity and secure element functionality. Operates at a maximum frequency of 915MHz and supports Bluetooth and WiFi interfaces, making it versatile for various wireless communication needs.

The kit is equipped with a 0.96-inch 128 x 64 OLED display with SPI interface and has onboard sensors including a 3D accelerometer and magnetometer (LSM303AGR), a capacitive digital humidity and temperature sensor (HTS221), and an absolute digital output barometer (LPS22HH). User interaction is facilitated by 3 LEDs and 2 push-buttons (user and reset).
