STMicroelectronics EVALST-ISOSD61L Evaluation Board is a fully featured development platform designed to allow users to evaluate all functionality of the ISOSD61L isolated analogue to digital converter with 16 bit resolution. The ISOSD61L device incorporates a 1-bit sigma-delta modulator whose output buffer is separated from the input interface circuitry by a galvanic isolation barrier, enhancing signal integrity and safety.

This evaluation board supports low voltage differential signalling and offers galvanic isolation rated at 6 kV, providing robust protection against voltage spikes and noise in industrial environments. It can accommodate an external clock input up to 25 MHz, enabling high-speed data acquisition.

The device supports a ±320 mV full scale differential input signal range, enabling precise analogue measurements, and provides a high common-mode transient immunity of 30 kV per microsecond, which ensures reliable performance even in electrically noisy conditions.
