The Electromen OY EM-324-SAF is a high-efficiency DC motor controller designed for precise positioning and speed control of DC motors operating between 10V and 35V. It supports a continuous current rating of 4A, with momentary peaks up to 6A, delivering robust performance suitable for industrial, automation, and medical applications.

This controller utilizes PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to regulate motor speed and position with up to 0.2% accuracy, which surpasses typical actuator positioning requirements. It supports analog control inputs either via voltage (0-11V) or current (0-20mA), and feedback can be received from similar analog signals or potentiometer inputs, enhanced by onboard auxiliary 5.5V outputs for potentiometer excitation.

Dynamic control features include load compensation, dead-zone setting (positioning window), adjustable start and stop ramps for smooth direction changes, as well as configurable braking zones for precise control. The onboard LED signals fault states, and faults can be externally monitored via a combiport, which can also output position confirmation or retransmit current position as an analog voltage.
