Electromen OY EM-324C is a compact and efficient DC motor controller designed for brushed motors operating between 10V and 35V with a maximum current of 4A. The controller features Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) functionality for precise speed and torque regulation, making it ideal for industrial, commercial, and automation applications.

Its full bridge design uses FET-transistors for high efficiency and reliability. Adjustable acceleration and deceleration ramps enable smooth startups and stops, reducing mechanical stress on the motor and connected equipment. The built-in adjustable current limit protects against overcurrent conditions and can serve as an end-stop trigger via current trip functionality.

Control inputs support forward, backward, and stop commands, including limit switch inputs for defining end stops. The unit offers two programmable speeds activated through a dedicated input, which can also accept an analogue 0-5V speed control signal. A fault output signal indicates overcurrent trips and allows for external shutdown control if desired.

The device supports two control modes: continuous mode, where the motor runs as long as the control input is active, and impulse mode, where operation occurs only on momentary commands. Additionally, special settings are available for start-up kick and auto reverse functionalities to enhance motor control in complex applications.

Programming and parameter adjustments can be performed via three interfaces: EM-236 unit, EM-268 PC software (EmenTool-Lite), and EM-326 smartphone app (EmenTool-App), providing flexibility in configuration and maintenance.

The EM-324C supports DIN rail mounting and is offered with an optional Molex connector for ease of installation. This product complies with EN - 55022B standards and is manufactured in Finland.
