SMC D-Y7PSDPC Pneumatic Cylinder & Actuator Switch is a 3-wire open end cable direct PNP solid state switch designed to detect object sizes with a sensitivity difference of more than 0.5mm. The sensor unit is enclosed with an IP67 rated housing, while the amplifier is protected with an IP40 enclosure, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.
The D-Y7 series is tailored for pneumatic cylinder applications and offers direct mounting, facilitated by optional rail or groove mounting styles for versatile installation options.
