Product Description

Omron E3X-NA11F 2M plastic Fibre Optic Sensor features a high-performance design with an NPN output and IP50 protection. Operating at 24V DC, this sensor utilizes a red LED light source and plastic fibre optic technology to detect objects reliably in demanding environments.

Constructed with a polybutylene terephthalate housing and a polycarbonate cover, the sensor is robust and suitable for industrial automation applications including labelling and production line controls. Its compact size measures 10 mm width, 67.3 mm length, and 31.6 mm depth, facilitating easy DIN rail mounting.

The sensor supports a switching frequency of 60 Hz and includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. It features a simple potentiometer adjustment for sensitivity and LEDs to visually indicate alignment and optimal settings. The Light On/Dark On selectable function and 40 ms off delay timer help tailor the operation to specific process requirements.
