Xylem 5828803 ENM-10 Series Cable Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer Rubber Float Switch features a 13 meter cable and is designed to control liquid levels in industrial, wastewater, and groundwater pumping applications. The device acts as a mechanical switch inside a smooth polypropylene casing that tilts and triggers as the liquid level rises or falls.

The float switch operates effectively with liquids having densities between 0.95 and 1.10 g/cm³ and supports a maximum AC voltage of 250V and a DC voltage of 24V. It handles a maximum current of 10 amperes, making it suitable for starting or stopping pumps or activating alarm systems.

The housing is composed of polypropylene, offering strong resistance against impurities and deposits. The cable is protected with a special PVC or nitrile/PVC rubber sheath enhancing durability. Instead of adhesives, plastic parts are welded and screwed together to ensure robustness and maintenance-free operation.
