Product Description
Microchip LP2951-02YM is a linear voltage regulator designed for low dropout voltage and very low quiescent current of 15μA, making it ideal for battery-powered and energy-sensitive industrial applications.
This device offers a guaranteed 100mA output current with a switching frequency of 2.1MHz and is housed in a space-saving SOIC 8-Pin package. Its extremely tight load and line regulation characteristics combined with a very low temperature coefficient ensure stable performance over a wide range of operating conditions.
The LP2951 series includes an error flag output that signals output voltage dropout or input voltage failures, useful for monitoring in critical power supply systems. Additionally, it provides a logic-controlled electronic shutdown input for power saving and system control flexibility.
