Microchip LP2951-02YM is a linear voltage regulator designed for power-sensitive and battery-operated industrial applications. It delivers a stable, low-noise output current up to 100 mA with a switching frequency of 2.1 MHz packaged in a compact SOIC 8-pin form factor.
This Voltage Regulator features an exceptionally low quiescent current of 15 μA, enabling prolonged battery life in portable devices. The device supports adjustable output voltage programmable between 1.24 V and 29 V using external resistors, with a pin-strapped option for fixed 5 V output.
