Product Description

Microchip MIC4426YN MOSFET Gate Driver is a highly reliable dual low-side driver designed on BiCMOS/DMOS process technology, ensuring low power consumption and high efficiency. This device provides precise translation of TTL or CMOS input logic levels to output voltage levels within 25mV of the positive supply or ground, outperforming conventional bipolar drivers.

The MIC4426YN offers two noninverting MOSFET outputs with a peak current capacity of 1.5A and matched rise/fall times of 40ns, enabling fast and responsive switching. Its operating voltage range spans from 4.5V to a maximum of 18V, supporting a wide array of industrial and electronic applications.
