Chauvin Arnoux P01120434B Power Quality Analyser & Logger Clamp is a portable handheld single-phase power quality analyzer designed to provide detailed measurement and logging capabilities for electrical systems. Its multi-tasking measurement system performs simultaneous detection, continuous recording, and display of critical power quality parameters, making it ideal for maintenance, inspection, and testing of electrical installations and networks.

The device features a large color ¼ VGA (320 x 240 pixels) graphical display that presents data in an intuitive format. It supports power measurements up to 250 kW (dependent on selected clamp), with voltage ratings up to 600 V rms and currents up to 6,500 A when used with the appropriate clamp probes.

This analyser enables harmonics measurements up to the 50th order, including parameters such as W, VA, VAR power, displacement factor, total harmonic distortion (THD), and power factor (Cos Φ). It further calculates short-term voltage flicker and the K factor relevant in transformer current applications.

Extensive recording features include time-stamped characterization of disturbances like voltage overloads, brownouts, blackouts, overshooting powers, and harmonic threshold violations. Customizable alarms can capture up to 4096 events, and simultaneous recording of all parameters along with motor start-up currents supports comprehensive analysis.

The unit is powered by rechargeable batteries and offers RS232 direct output connectivity to PCs. The included Dataviewer® software enables screenshot capture, histogram and curve representations, time-based average value calculations, measurement campaign management, and report printing for detailed documentation and analysis.

Clamp accessories are selectively available, including the Ampflex A193 flexible probe (10 to 6500 A AC with frequency range 10 Hz to 20 kHz) and the MN93A jaw probe (0.2 to 120 A AC, 40 Hz to 10 kHz, 20 mm jaw diameter).

The package includes a carrying case, six 1.2 V rechargeable batteries, test leads, 4 mm test probes, crocodile clips, UK mains adapter, RS232/USB optical cable, Dataviewer® software, and detailed instructions for operation.
