Product Description

4D Systems gen4 Arduino Compatible Display Module features a 5 inch capacitive touch screen providing 800 x 480 pixel resolution ideal for human-machine interface applications. The module integrates a Diablo16 touch LCD with an Arduino adaptor shield enabling quick and easy connection to Arduino boards for programming and development.

This display module is compact and designed for seamless integration with dimensions of 140.7 x 93.8 x 8.2 mm. The module includes a 30-pin ZIF socket to simplify wiring and the attached interface board and 150 mm FFC cable facilitate straightforward installation. Additionally, it has a micro-SD card connector supporting multimedia storage and data logging functions, expanding its use in data-centric projects.

Power supply range is 4.0 V to 5.5 V ensuring compatibility with standard Arduino voltage levels. The embedded Diablo16 processor enhances functionality by supporting graphics, text, images, and animations while providing 16 GPIO ports, some configurable for PWM, pulse output, quadrature encoder inputs, and analog output, making it suitable for varied control applications.
