Product Description
Vibration transmitters are used to measure the overall vibration of rotating machines. Our 4-20mA vibration transmitter connects directly to a PLC, DCS, or SCADA control system. These sensors are scaled at speeds in inches / second or accelerations in grams to provide critical plant machinery with 24/7 online protection and reduce downtime. Our system allows us to shut down the facility and notify the maintenance team before damage occurs.Vibration Transmitter is the most advanced and compact vibration transmitter. It takes the input directly from the ICP accelerometer, processes the signal and provides an analog output in the form of standard current or voltage. The vibration measurement range can be configured in the field for acceleration, velocity, or displacement. Optionally, it also accepts speed inputs. The output signal is usually connected to a PLC or DCS for monitoring and protection.
