Product Description

Qnity Laird U021041-20-U1 Thermal Interface Sheet from the T-flex 600 Series is a self-adhesive thermal gap filler designed for efficient heat management in electronic and electrical components. The sheet is 1 mm thick and composed of a boron nitride filled silicone elastomer that delivers a thermal conductivity of 3 W/mK.

This interface sheet offers very high compressibility allowing it to recover over 90% of its original thickness under low pressure, ensuring consistent thermal contact and reduced stress on components. The natural tackiness negates the need for additional adhesives, thereby maintaining optimum thermal performance.

It withstands operating temperatures from -45°C up to 200°C, making it suitable for demanding thermal environments. The sheet is electrically insulating and meets the UL 94V0 flame retardant rating, adding safety in electrical applications.

The T-flex 600 Series thermal sheet has a square shape with dimensions of 100 mm length and 100 mm width, and comes in blue and violet coloration for easy identification. Compliant with RoHS directives, it affirms its environmentally friendly composition.
