This 2.5 mm thick sheet is 100 mm square in size and features a naturally tacky surface that allows it to adhere securely without additional adhesives, improving thermal transfer efficiency. Its soft and highly compressible matrix enables excellent gap filling properties with greater than 90% thickness recovery after compression under low stress conditions.
