Qnity Laird U021041-15-U1 Thermal Interface Sheet from the T-flex 300 Series is a high-quality, self-adhesive thermal pad designed for superior heat dissipation. This ceramic filled silicone rubber sheet is engineered to provide excellent thermal conductivity of 1.2 W/mK, enabling efficient heat transfer from electronic components.

Its 2 mm thickness and Shore OO 27 hardness deliver exceptional compliancy, allowing the material to compress over 50% at pressures of 50 psi. This ensures a thorough blanket of the component surface, which enhances thermal transfer efficiency.
