Product Description
Taica THETA-TW SUS round M6 anti-vibration mount is a male to male bobbin type designed specifically for effective vibration isolation, shock absorption, and noise reduction in industrial and precision applications.
Manufactured from soft silicone gel, these mounts provide superior vibration damping performance, capable of handling loads from 2 kg up to 100 kg across four point supports. The silicone formulation allows for damping at a lower frequency compared to rubber or neoprene alternatives.
All SUS versions feature stainless steel components ensuring strong bonds between metal parts and silicone. Fixing is facilitated by two vertical slotted bolts enhancing stability and reliability during use.
The mounts exhibit excellent resistance to harsh environments with high tolerance to temperature extremes between -40°C and 200°C, along with excellent weathering, ozone, ultraviolet, and chemical resistance.
Typical uses include mounting for vacuum pumps, precision instruments, measuring equipment, onboard computer systems, and other sensitive electronic devices requiring low-frequency vibration isolation.
