ITT Cannon MDM-37PH003B-A174 is a 37 Way Straight Micro-D Cable D-Sub Connector featuring a 1.27 mm pitch, engineered for demanding industrial, military, and commercial interfaces.
This connector incorporates a lightweight yet rugged aluminium alloy housing with electroless nickel plating, providing excellent strength and shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio-frequency interference (RFI). The high-density copper alloy contacts, plated with gold, ensure optimal conductivity and corrosion resistance.
The connector supports a continuous current rating of 3A and operates reliably across a wide temperature range from -55°C to 125°C, making it suitable for harsh and variable environmental conditions. The silicone elastomer compression seal safeguards against moisture ingress between contacts and between contacts and the shell, safeguarding electrical integrity.
Termination type is pre-wired with male contacts, using size 8 MICROPIN™ contacts designed to interface seamlessly with MIL-W-16878/4 color-coded Teflon wires up to 26AWG, enabling robust harness assemblies. Mounting is tailored for cable applications with straight orientation and included 2.31 mm mounting holes.
