STMicroelectronics LIS2DTW12TR is a 3-axis digital accelerometer designed for surface mounting in compact applications, providing precise motion and temperature sensing. Operating with a supply voltage range from 1.62 V to 3.6 V, it supports both I2C and SPI interfaces in a 12-pin LGA package measuring 2 mm by 2 mm by 0.7 mm.
This sensor features ultra-low power consumption with only 50 nA in power-down mode and below 1 μA in active low-power mode, making it highly efficient for battery-operated devices.
The device includes a low-noise accelerometer with noise levels down to 1.3 mg RMS in low-power mode, achieving high sensitivity with 7.81 mg/digit resolution and selectable full-scale ranges of ±2g, ±4g, ±8g, or ±16g.
