Product Description
RS PRO 144-4068 Pluggable Terminal Block is a high-quality connection device designed for easy and secure wire-to-PCB applications. This terminal block features 7 contacts with a precise 3.5 mm pitch, making it ideal for compact and efficient layout in industrial control panels, automation equipment, and other electrical assemblies where reliable multi-way connections are essential.
The housing is molded from UL94-V0 flame-retardant Polyamide 66 in a distinct green color, ensuring both mechanical durability and compliance with demanding safety standards. Its straight orientation and compact profile allow for neat and organized circuit designs, while the pluggable male/female configuration provides flexibility in assembly and future maintenance.
Engineered to handle 300V and a maximum current of 10A, this terminal block accommodates a wide range of wiring needs including both solid and stranded cables from 28 AWG to 16 AWG. It utilizes professional rising clamp terminals with captive screws, ensuring each connection is mechanically robust and maintains excellent electrical conductivity during vibration or repeated servicing.
Guided pin alignment and polarized molding contribute to error-free installation and secure mating, making it an excellent choice for demanding commercial, industrial, and laboratory environments. The single-row, 7-pole design is especially suitable for applications where space is at a premium but reliable, high-density connections are required.
