The circuit type is a solid-state RF power supply designed with an automatic matching function to optimize power delivery and stability during operation. It uses a middle-step grating, enhancing spectral resolution and light dispersion. Our ICP Optical Emission Spectrometer includes a three-way gas control for precise adjustment of plasma, auxiliary, and carrier gas flows, enhancing overall performance and stability.
