Product Description

SMC EAV4000-F04-5YO-Q Pneumatic Soft Start Up Solenoid Valve is engineered for smooth startup in pneumatic systems, enabling gradual air pressurisation to safeguard equipment and improve system reliability. This valve supports operational pressure range from 0.2 MPa up to a maximum working pressure of 1 MPa and a media temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius.

The valve features a die-cast aluminium body providing robustness against wear and mechanical stress, while nitrile rubber (NBR) seals ensure compatibility with compressed air environments. Its three-port configuration, combined with 1/2 inch G-threaded pneumatic connections, facilitates controlled air routing in complex pneumatic rigs.

The DIN type Y terminal connection provides easy wiring options and supports alternative connector types including grommet or type D DIN connectors.

A non-locking flush manual override permits temporary manual actuation when necessary, and the coil tolerates voltage fluctuations from -15% to +10% of rated voltage, ensuring consistent performance in variable supply conditions.
