Power Integrations TNY274PN is a high side off liner power switch IC in an 8-pin DIP-C package, supporting through hole mount technology. This power switch integrates a 700 V MOSFET, oscillator, high voltage switched current source, user-selectable current limit, and thermal shutdown features into a compact and reliable device.
