RS PRO 847-9707 Type K exposed junction thermocouple offers precise temperature measurement with a maximum sensing capability of 250°C. It features a 5-meter-long probe and cable, both insulated with robust PFA material that provides excellent resistance against oils, acids, and various fluids, while maintaining mechanical strength and flexibility.
This thermocouple incorporates an exposed welded junction design, where the dissimilar metal wires are welded together without any outer protective sheath, resulting in very fast response times and high sensitivity to temperature changes. This makes the sensor highly suitable for applications involving non-corrosive gas temperature measurement and dynamic processes.
