Microchip MRF24J40MA-I/RM ZigBee Transceiver Module is a new, compact, surface mount wireless transceiver designed for IEEE 802.15.4 standard applications operating at 2.4 GHz frequency. It includes an integrated PCB antenna, internal voltage regulator, and crystal oscillator, facilitating easy integration into complex wireless network designs.

This 12-pin module supports SPI interface with maximum data speeds of 250 kbps using O-QPSK modulation technique. It operates over a supply voltage range from 3.0 V to 3.6 V and withstands operating temperatures from -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for harsh industrial and commercial environments.
