Weidmüller 0374660000 2-Way EK 16 Earth Terminal Block offers reliable and secure grounding connection with a robust nylon housing and screw termination suitable for high-current applications. It supports wire sizes 10 AWG, 6 AWG, and cable cross-section of 16mm², rated for 80A current at 800V voltage. This product is certified ATEX for use in hazardous environments, ensuring safety in industrial, construction, electrical, and automation settings.
The earth terminals are designed with a separation of electrical and mechanical functions; the screw or tension clamp ensures mechanical stability while a copper busbar provides the electrical connection. The terminal block mounts easily on a G-type (TS32) DIN rail, conforming to the B 5825:1980 and EN 50035 standards. Yellow-green color enhances earth connection identification, making installation and maintenance more straightforward.
