Product Description

Red Lion PXU11A30 is a robust panel mount PID temperature controller designed for industrial process control applications. It supports 2 analogue inputs and 1 output relay, enabling precise temperature regulation necessary for manufacturing, HVAC systems, water treatment, and laboratory processes. Operating on 240V AC power supply, it ensures reliable and consistent functioning within an operating ambient temperature range of 0°C to 50°C.

This device features advanced PID control algorithms, including on-demand auto-tuning to optimize control response. The controller accepts multiple input types such as thermocouples (TC), resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), 0-10 V voltage signals, 0/4-20 mA current loops, and low-level millivolt signals, making it highly adaptable for diverse sensing environments.

Its single output relay can handle up to 3 amperes, suitable for controlling heaters or other loads. Communication with external systems is supported via RS485 interface, facilitating integration into automation networks. The controller is configured either through an easy-to-read LCD front panel or via PC software, enabling flexible user programming and setting adjustments.
