Optris CATCTLLTSFK Two Point Laser Infrared Temperature Sensor is a precision instrument designed for industrial temperature measurement with a remarkable range of -50 °C to 975 °C and optical resolution of 75:1. The sensor features a premium-quality stainless steel measuring head equipped with a double laser sighting system that allows for exact measurement spot indication regardless of distance.
The sensor electronics are housed separately in a configurable box, offering flexibility through selectable analog outputs and multiple digital communication options, enabling integration with various automation systems. The device supports configuration via an intuitive IR mobile App available for Android devices, as well as a Windows-based software suite for desktop control and data analysis.
With an ambient operating temperature up to 85 °C and an accuracy of ±1 %, this sensor ensures precise temperature readings in challenging industrial environments. It adopts an adjustable emissivity setting to accommodate different material surfaces, enhancing measurement reliability.
The response time of 0.12 seconds (90 %) makes it suitable for processes requiring rapid temperature monitoring and control.
