Product Description

Fluke FLUKE-718 1G/APAC Pressure Calibrator is a precision handheld instrument designed for field calibration of pressure transmitters, gauges, and switches across a pressure range from −850 mbar to 2 bar. Its alkaline battery powered design provides up to 20 hours of runtime, making it ideally suited for extended onsite diagnostic and maintenance tasks in industrial settings including automation, electrical, electronics, mechanical systems, and HVAC applications.

This calibrator features ±0.015% accuracy for precise current loop measurement and validation with a fine 0.1 mbar resolution for detailed pressure discrimination. The integrated pump includes protected check valves and a removable valve assembly that can be cleaned in the field to handle residue from process fluids, enhancing durability and reliability.

The LCD simultaneously displays a five-digit pressure reading and measured current, allowing concurrent pressure and mA observation. It supports loop power supply up to 24V DC and can drive 20 mA into 1000 Ω loads, enabling effective transmitter powering and signal sourcing in control-loop maintenance.

The unit operates within a temperature range of -10°C to 55°C, providing robust performance under diverse environmental conditions. Applications include commissioning and testing of pressure transmitters, switch trip verification, and onsite gauge calibration wherever portability and precise measurement are essential.
