TE Connectivity G-NICO-001 is a high precision analogue output temperature sensor in a compact 3-pin SOT-23 package designed for surface mounting applications. It offers excellent accuracy of ±0.4°C and operates reliably within a temperature range of -55°C to 160°C. Constructed using a silicon substrate with a PVD deposit, nickel elements are mounted on lead frames enclosed in the protective SOT-23 package, ensuring robust performance even in harsh industrial environments.
