Power Integrations LNK304PN Buck Converter is a high-performance DC/DC converter designed for efficient power regulation with a 12V output voltage and 170mA output current. Packaged in a through-hole DIP-B form factor with 7 pins, this device integrates a 700V power MOSFET, oscillator, on/off control scheme, and current limit protections on a monolithic IC.
