This instrument features an adjustable frequency output ranging from 45 Hz to 500 Hz and enables phase angle control from 0 to 360 degrees, making it suitable for testing a broad range of electrical components such as transformers, TRIACs, and SCRs. The bright vacuum fluorescent display (VFD) provides real-time monitoring of voltage, current (RMS and peak), frequency, power factor, apparent and true power, and elapsed output time for comprehensive analysis.

The BK9803 includes power line disturbance (PLD) simulator and dimmer simulation to replicate common power grid faults and support dynamic testing of motors and LEDs.
