It features a natural aluminium colour finish and is constructed with high-quality anodised aluminium extrusions, side panels, and rear panel ensuring robust protection and excellent heat dissipation.

Typical shielding performance reaches 40 dB at 1 GHz when equipped with shielded front panels, suitable for electromagnetic compatibility sensitive applications. This chassis meets stringent international standards including IEC 60297-3/DIN 41 494-5 for rack dimensions, IEC 60950 for earthing, VG 95373/TI5 for shielding, and IEC 61587-1 for mechanical stress and vibration resilience. Its shock and vibration proof construction makes it ideal for use in industrial, laboratory, telecommunications, IT infrastructure, and automation environments.

The chassis comprises strengthened horizontal rails for enhanced stability along with anodised aluminium mounting flanges and corner extrusions. The cover plate measures 0.8 mm thick with 4.0 mm perforations allowing 60% air flow. All contact surfaces are electrically conductive for reliable grounding and EMC performance.
