Bio Scouring Enzymes 35Kg Fill water in the bath and add BIOSCOUR-50L to maintain percentage as per dosageRecommendedLoad the substrate and raise temperature to 55C. At 55C add Sodium Carbonate toreach 10 -11 pH and run for 5 to 10 min.Add the dosage of Hydrogen Peroxide as per process requirement; raise temperature to 98C and run for 45 to 60 min. Drain the bath.Give one hot wash at 85C for 10 min followed by Neutralization and Peroxide killing ProcessDyeing can be started in same bath.
