It supports full duplex and half duplex modes, providing a maximum data rate of 100 Mbps using MII, RGMII, and RMII interfaces. The IC includes five 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX transceivers and two MAC ports configurable for direct connection to host processors or other Ethernet devices.

The device is designed to satisfy stringent industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C and requires supply voltages between 1.8 V and 3.46 V, making it flexible for various power domains.
